MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Professional licensure and an employee of the Harrison County Board of Education
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Principal
SELECTION: The position is filled by the Board of Education upon recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools
SALARY AND DUTIES:
Supports state, county and school alternative education policies and procedures.
Exemplifies appropriate personal conduct, including dependability, reliability, punctuality, and self-control.
Will effect positive behavior in disruptive students.
Will demonstrate effective leadership and/or mentoring skills in working with youth.
Will demonstrate behavior management skills.
Will demonstrate the ability to create a stimulating and motivating environment for at-risk students.
Will maintain accurate records on all assigned students.
