WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring part-time dance and creative movement specialists with training to teach classes in our after school enrichment programs. As a valued member of Kids in the Game, you will be able to help us follow and model our 5 organizational core values through action:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The After School Dance Specialist is responsible for planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate dance programming for students in grades Pre-K through middle school. This role promotes creativity, physical activity, and self-expression while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for movement. The Dance Specialist serves as a positive role model, creating an inclusive and supportive environment that reflects the organization’s core values of positivity, empathy, commitment, ambition, and inclusivity. Depending on your availability and skill set, you can expect to work between 10 to 15 hours per week, earning a competitive hourly rate. Our coaches and specialists typically work in various schools throughout the weeks.
As an Enrichment Coach for Dance & Creative Movement, your key responsibilities will include:

Compensation: This is a part-time, hourly position. We offer competitive hourly rates in the range of $21-24 / hour for Enrichment Coaches based on prior experience as a general coach, teacher, youth development specialist, or activity specialist.

At Kids in the Game, our coaches are active, engaged, and present with kids—on the playground, in the gym, and out in the community. The physical requirements below reflect the essential functions of our coaching roles and the dynamic environments in which our programs take place. Physical activity levels may vary by coaching placement (recess, PE, after school, or summer camp), but all roles involve active supervision, movement, and hands-on engagement with children.
