After School Enrichment Instructor/ Primary School Professional-Alhambra, CA

Pay: $19.00 an hour

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As an Enrichment Instructor we are looking for individuals to inspire, spark curiosity, encourage creativity, foster a sense of community, warmth, and promote a deep sense of belonging for every child.

Location(s): Alhambra Unified School District

Schedule: MUST be available to work Monday-Friday one of the below schedules:

• 1:45pm-4:45pm
• 2:15pm-5:15pm

Here's what you'll need:

• Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.

As an AlphaBEST Enrichment Instructor, you'll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
