The After-School Kohler Kare Lead Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the after-school program, serving students in Junior Kindergarten through 5th grade. This role provides direct supervision, leads engaging activities, and ensures a safe, structured, and positive environment. The Lead Supervisor serves as the primary on-site staff member and maintains consistent communication with the Director regarding attendance, student needs, and daily program operations. 15-20 hours per week.
