About the Employer

F.J. White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2. Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5. Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8. Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district. Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting. Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.

Job Summary

WOODLAKE HIGH SCHOOL: GRADES 9-12 The job of "Library Aide/Clerk" is done for the purpose/s of maintaining library collection at school site; implementing age appropriate programs for students utilizing library resources; selecting appropriate items in support of classroom instruction and educating students on the proper use of the library resources. The Library Aide/Clerk works under the direct supervision of the Site Administrator.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher, at least 48 college units or passing score on the TCOE Instructional Aide Assessment Test; •Spanish speaking preferred but not required; •Effective computer, communication, and organizational skills; •Ability to carry out oral/written directions; •Work collaboratively with student and content area teachers.
  • Copy of Transcript
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (requires three letters of recommendation)
  • Paraprofessional Testing (or Associate degree or higher at least 48 college unity)
  • Proof of HS Graduation
  • Resume
