As a Program Manager, you'll oversee your own school site, mentor a team of educators, and help create an after-school program that children and families love.

A Schedule That Supports Work-Life Balance
  • Monday–Friday afternoons

  • Approximately 1:30 PM–5:30 PM

  • Wednesdays begin around 12:30 PM for early release

  • No evenings

  • No weekends

  • No holiday shifts

What You'll Do

Every afternoon is different, but you'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly.

You'll:

  • Lead daily operations for a school-age after-school program

  • Coach, mentor, and support Group Leaders and Aides

  • Foster a positive, welcoming environment where children feel safe, included, and excited to participate

  • Plan engaging activities including games, enrichment projects, homework support, STEM, arts, and outdoor recreation

  • Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and community partners

  • Oversee attendance, staffing, communication, and day-to-day program operations

  • Develop your team while helping every child have an exceptional after-school experience

What You'll Need

  • At least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience leading or supervising groups of children

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • A positive attitude and dependable work ethic

  • Availability every Monday–Friday afternoon
