Site Directors oversee daily program operations at an assigned school, supervise and support staff, coordinate activities, ensure compliance with licensing and safety requirements, and build positive relationships with children, families, and school personnel.
The program operates at all five Andover elementary schools. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in education, childcare, recreation, or youth programming who is ready to take the next step in leadership, staff supervision, program planning, and site management.
