Group SUMMARY Manage daily site operations for after school programs, including student attendance, snack distribution, and preparing
materials
for
daily
programs.
Additionally
the
After
School
Site
Lead
is
responsible
for
ensuring
a
safe
and
structured
environment
for
students,
as
well
as
facilitating
programs
to
students
regularly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties must be performed on site. Other duties may be assigned

Oversee
the
day
to
day
operations
of
the
after
school
21st
Century
Grant
programs
at
the
assigned
elementary
school.
Prepare
and
organize
all
materials
and
resources
needed
for
daily
club
activities.
Support
After
School
Club
Associates
with
club
activities
and
classroom
management
tactics.
Provide
consistent
and
effective
communication
with
Program
Coordinators,
school
staff,
and
parents
regarding
club
activities
and
student
behaviors.
Prepare
and
maintain
snack
data
accurately
in
alignment
with
the
district
nutrition
department.
Assists
in
developing
methods
of
recruitment
for
student
participation
in
programs
Acts
as
a
liaison
between
the
district
and
community
partners
in
providing
services
for
students.
Acts
as
a
liaison
between
district,
partners
and
parents
in
providing
access
to
the
programs
for
students.
Flexibility
and
availability
to
work
evening
events
periodically
for
family
engagement
or
back
to
school
events.
Routinely
joins
21st
Century
Grant
Advisory
Board
for
school
specic
updates.
