AFTERCARE & OUTREACH COORDINATOR Providence House Mission Statement: Providence House protects at-risk children and supports families through crisis, strengthening communities to end child abuse andneglect. Reports To: Senior Clinical Program Manager Major functions: Performs duties related to the Aftercare Program, Community Referral Program, and outreach responsibilities for nursery and community services for Providence House.
