Position Overview Midvale Early Childhood Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and collaborative Aftercare Director & Early Childhood Assistant to support our early childhood classrooms during the school day and oversee the daily operation of our aftercare program. This position combines hands-on classroom support with leadership responsibilities in the aftercare program. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teams to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for young children while also ensuring the aftercare program provides a welcoming, engaging, and well- supervised experience for children and families.

COMPENSATION: $18.00 per hour depending on qualifications; paid sick time; service credits toward retirement.
