As our Aftermarket Sales & Service Representative - Industrial Machinery, you’ll be the trusted face of STILES throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, building customer relationships, identifying service and parts opportunities, and helping manufacturers keep production running at its best.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex by providing exceptional aftermarket support and service.
  • Travel throughout your assigned territory approximately every other week in a company van to visit customer facilities, assess equipment needs, and identify opportunities. This hybrid role includes one week based in the office and one week visiting customers throughout your territory.
  • Recommend OEM replacement parts, spare parts, machine upgrades, preventative maintenance, refurbishment, rebuild, and modernization solutions.
  • Help customers reduce downtime and maximize the performance and longevity of their woodworking equipment.
  • Generate quotations, process orders, follow up on customer inquiries, and manage territory activity through CRM tools.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineers, Parts Specialists, Technical Support, and Field Service teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for new equipment sales and refer qualified leads to the appropriate sales team.
  • Develop long-term partnerships by serving as a trusted advisor for customers’ aftermarket service needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in industrial sales, field service, manufacturing, maintenance, technical support, industrial distribution, or other customer-facing industrial environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand industrial equipment and replacement parts.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory approximately every other week.
  • Experience with woodworking machinery, capital equipment, automation, manufacturing equipment, or industrial machinery is preferred but not required.
