Spare Parts Sales Coordinator

Location: Wixom, MI

Schedule: 100% onsite - 5 days/week

Type: Contract with potential for hire

Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour

Equipment: Laptop provided


About the Role

The Sales Coordinator supports Kawasaki Robotics’ Aftermarket Spare Parts team by managing order intake, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring a smooth sales-to-fulfillment process. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting a sales team, working with systems like SAP, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Coordinate spare parts orders, including PO entry, order changes, and acknowledgements.
  • Communicate lead times, shipping details, and order status.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, inventory coordination, and purchasing support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell parts and services.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP
  • Assist with improving processes and customer experience.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or order management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Recent SAP experience preferred
