Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aftermarket Specialist to support both new and existing customers in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. This role involves troubleshooting customer issues, managing accounts, and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide B2B customer service support to new and existing clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Check inventory and stock availability using internal systems
• Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns
• Support new and renewed customer contracts
• Work with new and refurbished parts in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage and resolve escalations professionally
