Aftermarket Support
- Provides administrative support to an assigned group of managers and customer service personnel.
- Data Entry - Power Study
- Updates Parts Marketing Instruction Document.
- Initiates process for new service materials via email.
- Completes battery monitor ID program
- Completes motive power credits
- Performs parts orders for InfoLink
- Hourly payroll for Motive Power and InfoLink
- Sets up and schedules Motive Power onboarding calls.
- Report creation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- less than 2 years experience
