Aftermarket Technical Engineer, Field Service Location: Riverside, CA Salary Range: $95,000-120,000/yr. Reports to: Warranty Manager Position Summary The Field Service Engineer role is responsible for supporting the Service Department through technical engineering expertise assistance on complex issues helping drive solution, service documentation, and product improvement initiatives while serving as a technical liaison between Engineering, Warranty, Production, and Field Service operations. The Field Service Engineer will assist with service-related drawings, schematics, and field-driven improvement solutions while also providing technical support to field technicians on an as-needed basis during complex troubleshooting situations or when additional engineering assistance is required. The role will also work collaboratively with Sr. Technical Specialist to resolve concerns as well as the Field Service Trainer to support development of technical training material and service documentation as needed.
