Afternoon Charge Nurse

EHM Senior Solutions is looking for an Afternoon Shift Charge Nurse to oversee nursing operations, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements. This role supervises nursing staff, coordinates resident care, responds to changes in condition and emergencies, and serves as the clinical leader on duty. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, effective leadership, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Job duties are, but are not limited to:

o Lead and Support Nursing Staff- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate both nurses and CNAs on midnight shift.

o Provide Direct Patient Care- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents' health conditions.

o Develop and Implement Care Plans- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized, high-quality care.

o Ensure Compliance and Documentation- Maintain accurate records and adhere to state, federal, and facility regulations.

o Communicate with Families and Respond to Emergencies- Provide updates, address concerns, and handle urgent medical situations.

Hours: Full-time, 3pm-11:30pm. Rotating 2-week schedule, every other weekend.
