Typical Afternoon/Evening Shifts Available:

• 2 pm-9 pm
• 3 pm- 9 pm
• 5 pm-10 pm

The schedule may include a combination of these, partial shifts, or other shifts that are necessary but not listed.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
