Position: Front Desk. Schedule: 3:00PM - 11:00PM - Thursday- Sunday. Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Front Desk Agent: Thurs–Sunday | 3 PM–11 PM
Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to take the lead in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Sandpoint Hotel & Suites is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in the heart of downtown Sandpoint!
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
Handle guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor and maintain smooth front desk operations during shift hours.
Perform daily front desk duties including reservations, answering phones, and processing payments.
Support additional front desk and hospitality duties assigned by management.
Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Support additional front desk and hotel duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a team environment.
Knowledge of the Sandpoint area and local attractions is a bonus.
