WERE HIRING! JOIN THE KIPLA TEAM!Position: Afterschool Educator / Bus Driver
Keeping It Positive Learning Academy (KIPLA) is seeking a dependable, energetic, and nurturing individual who enjoys working with school-age children!
Work Schedule:Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely transport scholars from school to the academy.
- Assist scholars with homework and academic assignments.
- Supervise outdoor play and recreational activities.
- Plan and implement engaging, hands-on learning activities.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and structured afterschool environment.
- Encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and social development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 months of previous experience working in an afterschool program.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Experience working with school-age children.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Must be dependable, patient, and enthusiastic.
- Must meet all applicable childcare and transportation requirements.
Location: Austell / Lithia Springs, GA
