    • Provide hands-on support, retraining, corrective action management, and review resolutions for sites facing compliance challenges.
    • Facilitate annual regulatory and operational training for partner site staff, including program rules, administrative procedures, and required software platforms.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for participating sites, providing responsive customer service, guidance, and daily administrative support.
    • Review and adjust daily food orders based on student attendance and participation trends to help minimize waste.
    • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with local community organizations, faith-based groups, and program stakeholders.
    • Research, identify, and recruit prospective partner sites, guiding them through the onboarding process for ASAR and SFSP.
    • Partner with the Claims Services Team and internal departments to support accurate recordkeeping, efficient food delivery workflows, and seamless service execution.
    • Participate in team, regional, and statewide meetings; assist with statewide meal donation requests and distribution logistics; and complete other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Associate's Degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Youth Development, Early Childhood Education, Communications, Social Work, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Demonstrated ability to interpret, apply, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence speaking and presenting to groups.
    • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to the agency's mission.
    • Hybrid office environment paired with extensive field work.
    • Must have Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
    • Required travel up to 60% of the time

    We Offer:

    • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options
    • Pre-tax savings options including FSA and HSA (with employer contributions)
    • Employer-provided life insurance and long-term disability coverage
    • 401(k) with Safe Harbor contribution and employer match
