As business activity remains strong and key team members prepare for maternity leave, this role will help ensure payroll operations continue without interruption.

The Opportunity

This position was created to support a busy payroll team during a temporary project expected to last approximately 3 to 4 months. You'll work directly with the company owner and collaborate with a close-knit office team to process high-volume agricultural payroll while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Process high-volume agricultural payroll accurately and on schedule
• Review employee timekeeping records and verify hours worked
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll and timekeeping data
• Enter payroll information into Datatech while maintaining data integrity
• Maintain organized payroll records and support day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of agricultural payroll experience in a high-volume environment
• Hands-on experience using Datatech payroll software is required
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and restaurant payroll experience are preferred
