Location: Battle Creek, NE

Shift:1^st shift: Monday – Thursday | 6am-4:30 pm

Pay: $17.00/hour

Job Summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated and physically active Ag Production Worker. This is a fast-paced, agricultural environment where precision and physical stamina are key.

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the operational maintenance and upkeep of field and plant equipment.
• Support field operations, including routine crop scouting and data recording.
• Operate the seed dryer and sheller machinery under direct supervision.
• Assist with bulk seed movement, handling, and inventory management.
• Accurately complete all required operational paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
• Perform warehousing duties, load building, and thorough load checking to ensure accuracy.
• Execute assigned secondary tasks, including general maintenance, facility housekeeping, and safety compliance to satisfy company quality standards.
• Strictly adhere to all established safety procedures and maintain an orderly, clean workspace.
• Utilize power hand tools safely and efficiently.

 Requirements & Physical Demands

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work comfortably in both indoor and outdoor settings across varying environmental conditions (hot, cold, wet, and dry climates).
• Physical stamina to walk seed fields extensively, up to 5 miles per day.
