RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do / Your ImpactClient Advocacy & Claims Management
  • Serve as the primary claims advocate for clients by assisting with claim reporting, claim submissions, and ongoing claim service needs.
  • Guide clients through the claims process while providing timely updates and clear communication.
  • Partner with insurance carriers, TPAs, adjusters, and claims professionals to help ensure efficient claim handling and favorable outcomes.
  • Monitor claims through resolution while maintaining proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with reserve reviews, claim status updates, and overall claim strategy.
Claims Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze loss runs, claim data, and related reports to identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
  • Prepare claim status reports and analytics for clients and internal leadership.
  • Evaluate claims information and communicate recommendations clearly and effectively.
Operational Excellence
  • Help establish and continuously improve the agency's claims management processes.
  • Collaborate across internal departments to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while utilizing agency management systems and carrier platforms.
  • Prioritize multiple claims activities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring

Required
  • Experience handling commercial multi-line insurance claims.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, carriers, TPAs, and internal partners.
  • Experience using agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Demonstrated accountability, follow-through, and ownership of assigned work.
Preferred
  • Experience working within an insurance agency or brokerage.
  • Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain if required).
  • Experience analyzing loss runs and claims reporting.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and claims best practices.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation
Salary Range: $50,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience.

Bonus Eligibility: Performance-based bonus eligible.
