As an Agent in Training, youll receive hands-on experience while working alongside a successful Farmers Insurance agent. Our program offers industry-leading training and mentorship to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed as a business owner in the Northern Illinois market.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

What You'll Do

Learn the Industry: Work with experienced agents to develop expertise in sales, customer service, and agency operations.

Master Key Skills: Build your knowledge of business planning, client relationship management, and marketing strategies with guidance from the University of Farmers.

Make an Impact: Help clients protect their assets and achieve peace of mind by providing tailored insurance solutions.

Prepare for Ownership: Receive personalized coaching and step-by-step support to transition into agency ownership.
