Agency Recruiter

Constellation Search Group is looking for an Agency Recruiter for a full-time direct hire position. The Agency Recruiter will manage job searches from inception to conclusion, focusing on direct recruiting. This role involves identifying client needs, sourcing candidates, and handling the complete recruiting process through to offer and acceptance. The recruiter will operate across various levels including professional, technical, management, and executive searches.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in client intake calls to grasp position requirements, business needs, and team dynamics.
• Transform job descriptions and client interactions into actionable recruiting strategies.
• Develop talent maps outlining target companies, industries, titles, skills, and locations.
• Execute candidate sourcing through various platforms including LinkedIn and internal databases.
• Employ Boolean searches and market research to find candidates beyond active applicants.
• Craft outreach initiatives to engage passive candidates and initiate conversations.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess qualifications and align with job requirements.
• Prepare detailed candidate submittals for client consideration.
• Guide candidates in interview preparation detailing company insights and expectations.
• Collect and relay feedback post-interviews to expedite the hiring process.
• Manage multiple job searches and priorities without losing candidate engagement.
• Tackle compensation negotiations and other placement-influencing factors.
• Maintain candidate data and recruiting activity accurately in the ATS/CRM.
• Build enduring professional relationships extending beyond individual searches.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or similar fields.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging professionals at all levels.
• Ability to quickly learn new industries, technologies, and job functions.
• Expert research and sourcing skills.
• Proficiency in direct outreach and initiating conversations with passive candidates.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities and maintaining candidate engagement.
• Persistent and resilient in challenging searches.
• Ability to work effectively in a metrics-driven environment.
• Independently driven while maintaining collaboration with the team.
