The Farmers Insurance Christina Hinds Agency is looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team.

We're willing to train the right person. We can't teach integrity, a positive attitude, or a strong work ethic , but we can teach insurance.
Salary Range: $45000.00 - $70000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission
Mon-Fri Schedule

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Build relationships with new and existing clients.
Educate customers on insurance products that meet their needs.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and prospecting.
Follow up with leads and identify opportunities to better serve clients.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through ongoing service.
Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications
Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, BUT not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
