Were seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Agency Support Specialist to join our team! This is an in-office position at our Brattleboro, Vermont location, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, youll be the face and voice of The Richards Group an IMA Company, ensuring every guest and caller feels warmly welcomed and professionally assisted. Your primary responsibility is to greet, assist, and inform clients, visitors, and guests, guaranteeing outstanding customer service.
What You Bring
No insurance experience required! If youre eager to join a dynamic team, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and be a trusted resource across departments, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), experience or enthusiasm to learn how to operate a multi-line phone system, and a warm and friendly demeanor to ensure each visitor and caller feels welcome and supported.
Salary Range
$38,000-$45,000 USD
