Your Role as an Agent Apprentice
As an Agent Apprentice, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our customer base, crafting tailored insurance solutions, and fostering a supportive, team-minded atmosphere. This opportunity is perfect for those who are passionate about long-term success and personal progress.
Key Responsibilities
Drive agency growth by generating leads, reaching out proactively, and turning prospects into loyal customers
Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide custom solutions for auto, home, life, and business insurance
Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships with proactive service and ongoing support
Consistently reach and surpass sales goals while focusing on continuous improvement
Stay informed about insurance products and maintain compliance standards
Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals efficiently
Take part in team meetings, training activities, and agency initiatives
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Comfortable making outbound calls and securing sales
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally
Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
Bilingual skills are a plus
