Key Responsibilities

 
  • Prospect new clients, conduct outreach, and convert leads into policies

  • Consult with clients to identify insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions

  • Sell and cross-sell a range of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, Commercial

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and policy reviews

  • Surpass individual sales goals to help drive agency growth

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and compliance standards

  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals

  • Engage in team meetings and strategic sales initiatives

 

Ideal Candidate

 

Applicants must have prior sales experience or a proven record of meeting goals. Only those who demonstrate these skills will be considered.

We are seeking sales-driven, self-motivated professionals. The ideal Agent Apprentice will have:

 
  • One year or more of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills

  • Confidence in making outbound sales calls and closing deals

  • Enthusiasm for coaching and continuous learning

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

  • Bilingual skills, a plus
