Salary Range: $3000.00 - $4000.00 per month

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

• Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients
• Guide clients to the right coverage to protect what matters most
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Present and close insurance solutions in a performance-driven environment
• Deliver a high level of service and act as a trusted resource for clients
• Support policy reviews, renewals, and basic claims guidance
• Stay organized and keep accurate records of client and sales activity
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and development
• Stay sharp on products, industry trends, and market opportunities
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to drive agency growth

Licensing

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (or willingness to obtain)
• Licensing support and cost covered for qualified candidates
