Agent/ CSR P&C

Duties

• Conduct retail sales consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including property, casualty, health, and commercial coverage.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs and company standards.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing quotes, policy applications, renewals, and endorsements efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client data, risk factors, and market trends to develop customized insurance solutions.
• Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus).
• Stay informed about insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maintain high service standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Multiple top rated carriers
• Spanish speaking a plus

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while maintaining customer trust.
• Knowledge of property casualty insurance, commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with sales administration tools and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Analysis skills to assess risks, review policies, and tailor coverage options accordingly.
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different states.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts and administrative tasks efficiently.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,859.39 per year
