Responsibilities

• Generate leads daily to identify and connect with prospective sellers.
• Prospect for off-market opportunities and clearly communicate the value of working with The Ricci Team.
• Convert leads into seller consultations, signed listing agreements, and closed transactions.
• Learn and confidently use team-approved scripts during prospecting, consultations, and negotiations.
• Build strong seller relationships and guide clients through every stage of the listing process.
• Use CRM technology, market data, and performance metrics to manage opportunities and improve results.
• Preview local properties regularly to strengthen your knowledge of home values and market trends.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions, team training, and Partner Calls.
• Stay informed about changing market conditions, industry practices, and new business-building strategies.
• Negotiate listing agreements and offers with professionalism, confidence, and expertise.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, specializing in listings.
• Proven track record of securing and closing listings with measurable success.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with sellers.
• Hungry, driven, and competitive, with a passion for exceeding goals in a collaborative team setting.
• Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and overcoming objections to secure listing opportunities.
• Highly organized, with excellent time management and consistent follow-through.
• Data-driven, growth-minded, and committed to mastering team scripts and dialogues.
• Positive attitude, client-focused approach, and dedication to delivering outstanding service.
