Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training and development program focused on insurance, sales, marketing, customer service, and agency operations.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients while identifying insurance solutions that meet their needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while quoting, selling, and servicing insurance products.
• Utilize provided leads, referrals, networking opportunities, and outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop marketing and business development skills through community involvement, networking, and relationship-building activities.
• Consistently work toward monthly production and performance goals while developing the skills necessary for future agency ownership.

• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to obtain an insurance producers license
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and initiative
