What You’ll Do as an Agent in Training

As an Agent in Training, you’ll work with individuals, families, and business owners to help safeguard what matters most, all while growing your own book of business.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with new and existing clients

• Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions

• Educating clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products

• Following up on leads, generating referrals, and networking within the community

• Delivering excellent customer service before and after each sale

• Working toward personal sales goals while establishing loyal, long-term client relationships

• Continuing your professional development by learning about new products and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently

• Willing to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
