Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Listen to potential clients to identify their specific coverage needs and financial goals.

Explain various insurance options clearly to help people make informed decisions about their security.

Prepare and deliver quotes for home, auto, and life insurance products.

Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-ups within our database.

Foster lasting relationships with community members through proactive outreach and helpful service.

Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure policies are processed accurately and efficiently.

Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.

Solid understanding of insurance policies and coverage options.

Excellent conversational skills and the ability to explain complex terms simply.

Comfort working with standard computer systems and lead management software.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
