Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet with clients in our Bridgeport office to review their current coverage and identify gaps or opportunities for better protection.

Develop customized insurance quotes based on specific personal or business risks.

Manage incoming requests and inquiries with a focus on quick, helpful resolutions.

Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service over the long term.

Participate in local community initiatives to represent The Atlantic District and build meaningful connections.

Continuously expand your knowledge of new insurance products and regulatory updates.

Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Two or more years of experience in insurance sales or customer-facing advisory roles.

Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office productivity software.

Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in a simple, relatable way.

Genuine interest in helping people feel secure and prepared for the future.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a bonus.
