Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Analyze individual risk profiles to provide coverage recommendations that offer real peace of mind.

Guide new and existing clients through the process of selecting policies that align with their life goals.

Review existing client accounts periodically to ensure they have the protection they need as their circumstances evolve.

Document client interactions and update policy details with accuracy to maintain high standards of service.

Engage with the Fairfax community to build lasting local partnerships and grow our presence.

Answer questions about premiums, deductibles, and policy nuances with clarity and patience.

Current Property and Casualty insurance license in Virginia.

Strong track record of managing customer accounts or sales pipelines.

Clear, empathetic communication style for phone and in-person consultations.

Proficiency with standard insurance agency management software.

Understanding of the local Virginia insurance market and carrier guidelines.

High school diploma or equivalent.
