Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their coverage needs and identify potential risks.

Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes that provide genuine value to the customer.

Manage an active pipeline of leads by following up consistently and providing helpful information.

Maintain accurate client records within our agency management system.

Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders, addressing their concerns and adjusting coverage as life changes occur.

Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to our collective success.

Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated history of success in sales roles.

Strong comfort level with digital documentation and office software.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience working within an independent agency environment is highly valued.
