Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Connect with local community members to understand their personal or business insurance needs.

Analyze current market offerings to prepare and present personalized insurance proposals.

Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their coverage remains appropriate as their lives evolve.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our service strategies and ensure our local office remains a trusted resource.

Process policy updates, document client interactions, and assist with any necessary adjustments to existing accounts.

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage client expectations effectively.

Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex policy information clearly.

Previous experience in a consultative sales or customer service role is highly valued.
