Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Engage with local residents to understand their unique insurance needs and provide meaningful protection.

Develop and grow a client base by building lasting relationships within the Bowie community.

Evaluate current coverage plans and offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations for improvement.

Attend local events and networking functions to serve as the face of The Atlantic District.

Follow up with prospects and clients consistently to ensure their goals are being met and their questions are answered.

Collaborate with our office team to streamline processes and share ideas for serving our policyholders better.

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Proven track record of success in sales roles.

Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within the community.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

High level of self-motivation and organizational ability.

Proficiency in standard office software and client management tools.
