Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage with local residents to understand their unique protection needs and help them secure the right coverage.

Manage incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients within the community.

Prepare clear, accurate quotes that align with client budgets and life goals.

Document client interactions and update policy information in our central database.

Collaborate with the broader office staff to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.

Participate in local community events to build awareness and share the value of our agency.

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working in a client-facing or sales-driven role.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating digital insurance platforms.

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex details clearly.

A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and helping others.
