Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE Launch training program
• Consistently apply PLACE lead generation techniques on a weekly schedule
• Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed buyer agreements, and support home selection
• Represent both sellers and buyers during offer negotiations
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Conduct at least two open houses each month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
• Actively engage in team meetings and events as needed
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Collaborate with sellers to obtain listings and promote their properties effectively
• Offer professional advice on pricing, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

• Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
• Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and generating leads

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
