Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and focus on sales as well as the day-to-day operations of the Agency. This role offers a $60,000 base salary with a strong opportunity to earn additional income through commissions. You will be provided with quality leads, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing sales.


Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up on provided leads to generate new business opportunities
• Greet walk in customers
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to promote our products/services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable making cold calls and working leads
• Passion for engaging with the community and building relationships
