This role is pivotal in supporting our agents by ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily communications between agents and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist the brokerage leader with putting on career nights and inviting interested people to join the career events.
- Schedule and organize meetings, training sessions, and events on office calendar.
- Onboard new agents using the office systems already set in place.
- Support marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and managing social media content.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely resolutions to agent and client concerns.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and enhance overall office efficiency.
- Manage the unlicensed and new agent pipeline by inviting to career nights and handling all follow up after and while people are in real estate school maintaining communication from beginning to end.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate support or administrative roles, preferably within a brokerage environment
- Strong knowledge of real estate terminology and processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software platforms (e.g., MLS, CRM systems)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
