Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients and agents efficiently.
- Assist agents during property tours by providing detailed information and answering client questions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings and market trends.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials and property information to prospective buyers.
- Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other real estate professionals.
- Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition prior to showings.
- Track and report client feedback and showing activity to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license or currently pursuing licensure preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or related customer service role
- Strong knowledge of local Lafayette real estate market and neighborhoods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple showings and appointments efficiently
