About the role
Are you an experienced operational leader with a passion for delivering vital infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards? Balfour Beatty is looking for an exceptional Agent to lead a multi-disciplinary team across key highways maintenance activities, including structural patching, hand patching, surface treatments, and road marking works.
This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in keeping communities connected while leading high-performing teams on a major infrastructure contract.

As Agent, you''ll be the driving force behind successful project delivery. Acting as the key link between planning, permitting, engineering, commercial and operational teams, you''ll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
