Job Title: Agentforce Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agentforce Engineer / Data & AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data-driven and AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Python, Agentforce, Data Cloud, SQL, Snowflake, APIs, and AI agent integrations, including Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions and agent workflows.

• Develop Python-based MCP services and integrations.

• Work with Agentforce and AI agent solutions.

• Use Data Cloud for data modeling, querying, and integration.

• Work with Snowflake and SQL for data analysis and transformation.

• Develop and maintain REST API and external system integrations.

• Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and AI-agent issues.

• Support testing, deployment, QA/UAT, and production releases.

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python.

• Experience developing MCP (Model Context Protocol) services or integrations.

• Experience with Python data serialization and validation packages.

• Knowledge of networking and transport layers in Python.

• Experience with Agentforce or AI-powered solutions.

• Experience with Data Cloud.

• Strong SQL skills.

• Experience with Snowflake.

• Strong experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

• Experience with Git-based development and deployment.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apex and Flow.

• Experience with Slack integrations and Slack APIs.

• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications.

• Knowledge of data engineering and data modeling.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
