Overview
We're looking for a Business Analyst with a strong grasp of LLMs and agentic workflows.
Your job is to capture business needs and translate them into agent tasks, tools, and use cases.
You'll bridge the gap between functional teams and AI engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for autonomous AI agents
- Define workflows where LLMs + tools can reduce manual effort or boost insight
- Map out user journeys, business rules, and dependencies across airline ops/customer service/scheduling
- Collaborate with product, data, and tech teams to build measurable POCs
- Conduct stakeholder demos, gather feedback, and iterate

Qualifications:
 - Strong analytical and documentation skills
 - Experience with AI/ML product lifecycles
 - Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt tuning, and agent tool use
 - Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical teams
