Agentic AI Copilot Studio Specialist

Kforce's client is seeking an Agentic AI (Copilot Studio) Enablement Specialist to support enterprise adoption of AI solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform.

Summary: This role will serve as a trusted advisor and enabler to internal teams, helping guide the design, optimization, and governance of AI-driven workflows. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building Copilot Studio solutions and is now passionate about helping others successfully adopt and scale AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a front-line advisor to business users and developers on Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Provide guidance on when and how to use AI tools to optimize workflows and solution design
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot Studio agents and automation workflows
• Support the design, implementation, and enforcement of AI governance frameworks and guardrails
• Partner with architecture and design teams to execute evolving solution designs
• Assist with onboarding and enablement activities, including training sessions, workshops, and hackathons
• Guide teams on end-to-end orchestration of AI-powered workflows across the Power Platform
• Stay current on emerging Microsoft Copilot and AI features and advise teams on best practices
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective AI adoption at scale
