Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an Agentic AI Developer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience developing scalable data pipelines in Databricks using Python, with a strong focus on performance optimization, data quality, and cloud-based data engineering.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Agentic AI Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging multi-Agent (A2A) architectures, LangChain, and LangGraph frameworks.

• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Databricks, Python, and Apache Spark to support AI-driven applications.

• Develop and enhance Agent-User Interaction (AG-UI) protocols to improve user experience, agent collaboration, and workflow automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI and data solutions.

• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization across cloud-based data platforms and workflows.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI agents, data pipelines, and system performance while staying current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in Python, Databricks, Apache Spark, and cloud-based data engineering solutions.

• Proven experience designing and implementing Agentic AI, Multi-Agent (A2A) systems, Deep Agents (LangChain/LangGraph), and AG-UI frameworks in enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience building and optimizing scalable ETL/data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and cloud platforms such as Azure.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
